We offer free shipping on all orders across the U.S. — no minimums, no hidden fees.

All non-custom macramé pieces are carefully packaged and shipped from our California studio within 3–5 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. A signature may be required upon delivery for larger pieces.

That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all non-custom pieces.

To start a return:
Email us at info@knotsandbeyond.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be returned in original, resellable condition (no visible stains, tears, or damage).

• Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.

• In certain cases (e.g. late returns or partial damage), we may issue store credit instead.
